It is our belief that professionalism within the health services starts at the university educational level and continues onward by the use of Continued Professional Development programmes (CPD). These programmes are necessary in order to ensure that all health professionals act in an appropriate manor during their working lives. Without proper extra-mural courses provided at university level, students could find it difficult to use CPD as a tool in later life. IHRI provides such courses for free to higher-level students.
