The Institute is managed under the direction of a board of directors but there are several levels of leadership within the organisation to assist in its day to day running. All levels are listed below. Board of Directors Directors have the legal responsibility to ensure that the organisation operates within the framework provided for by law. Roles of the board include but are not limited to; producing an annual financial report, the holding of executive meetings to vote on major decisions and to provide oversight to the organisation as a whole.
